Hi everyone! Well isn't it amazing how fast the summer flew by? As we all prepare for winter, it's normal to think we have to slow down on our riding. Is that really the case? I just want to emphasize that investing in an electric heated jacket might be something to consider . I bought mine back in the day when they were rather bulky. Today’s electric gear is much more form-fitted, making it much more comfortable and stylish. Believe me, they look a lot better than they used to. I can tell you that when I wear mine, I'm nice and toasty under the jacket regardless of the temperature. My riding definitely slows down, but never to a complete halt… no, never!
Since we last spoke, I’ve been on several runs. My favorite had to be the Pismo Beach Motorcycle Classic Run. There were a few thousand bikers on hand for the festivities on Saturday and many of us were able to be part of the re-creation of the classic photo originally taken in front of the iconic Pismo Beach pier in 1929. It made many people happy to see that our crowd included hundreds of women too. The weather was perfect with everyone in a good mood and joking. Good times were had by all.
